For the next Act of ranked should i try to just spam one character that is good for most maps, simply requires only aim or just fill the roles like i do rn? I have a good winrate but i didn't have like a very crazy game besides maybe one.

Those are smurf agents, you're not a smurf. You are hardstuck in whatever rank you're in. You're probably baiting for stats as well. Literally the reason ranked is in the shit state that it's in.
Even calling a 'smurf' agent isn't that great if you are a smurf u might as well actually do something to help you win reyna doesn't do that at all
Why aren't killjoy players rank 1?
In ranked, game rewards you for playing a duelist.
In lower ranks it's very hard to coordinate since you can't control 4 randoms.

look i'll give sometime to explain how i finally decided to pick my agent for the day
whenever i load up the game and queue either dm or tdm
i notice how i am aiming like is my aim calm today or am i shaking too much and shit like that
if my aim is calm and shit like that i go for initiator or smokes
but if i am confident that i can flick and shit then i go for duelist
but if my aim is shaky then i fill

I think you should play your first game with whichever agent that calls out to you. Afterwards, you can pick agents/roles that resonate with your gameplay in that first game.

sleeper pick, spam orbs and plants and play for postplant, your ult is a free kill 80% of the time and its cancer trying to retake + dont even have to think of util after pre-round

When you got 4 tincans on your team winning isn't possible.

crazy potential if you like playing duelist but are either not confident in your aim to enter or dont trust the smokers on your team
I play Omen/Sova a lot in ranked but then outside of ranked I try Deadlock/Yoru and they're both so good
I suggest you especially try Deadlock she can get a lot of value in ranked imo
I Play deadlock on bind she has really good value but i dont popoff with her or anything
You don't have to pop off, the value with her utility is usually very worth it, rechargable gravnet is superb too
I will probably just spam deadlock and brim since i only play with them on bind and have 100% winrate this act on that map
What agents do u like to play…
Pick one per map or one for multiple maps… ideally u wanna be playing agents with a similar playstyle
Create a playbook; plays u like to do and look at vods from players who one trick that agent and copy some stuff and learn the small nuances of the agent
If ur main agent per map gets taken u fill but u insta lock ur main agent and whatever u do don’t play kayo…if u are inclined to play him learn phoenix or yoru
Honestly probably the best agent to grind rank is clove
U have a heal a decay orb and quite flexible smokes and u also have a self revive
pls more people instalock clove this game would be bareable if instead of 0.5 rating Reyna teammate every game i could play viper
deadlock, chamber and sova are really nice on some maps, and arent on some.
omen goated too, just spam his tps and confuse tf out of people
Clove/Brim if you need to fill smokes. Only Omen if you're really good on Omen.
Jett usually for entry duelist.
Iso/Phoenix for second duelist if the team/map allows it.
Go chamber or vyse if you have to fill senti. You can play cypher if you know at least 2/3 set ups per each site. Don't play killjoy or deadlock if you don't play those agents alot.
Never pick Sage
If you have to fill initiator I suggest going sova or gekko. Can go fade if you have some good line ups or if you have a raze.
Those are imo the best universal agents for ranked on all maps.
id say it comes down to what ur good at imo, also if ur feeling it more one day dont be afraid of picking agents like jett/reyna that enables that.
Me for example, ive played FPS for a long time so my gamesense outweights my aim, so im in general better as a supportive/lurk role.
But when i have days where i feel like i can focus properly i have alot of fun on duelists.
soloing one agent RN if ur well rounded has to be yoru/cypher i think.
Also reyna isnt a bad agent in ranked at all, u just cant pick her if ur having an off-day, sort of like raze imo, if im having an off-day, why would i go on a cannon fodder agent

Yoru in my mind is top 3 agents for me to just spam in ranked i played with him only two games ever but almost every time i pick him in other modes i fried with him, with cypher i played few games and It didn't go that well
depending on ur experience and rank, yoru is a feast or famine agent.
On certain maps it and on certain teams it will feel like ur just teleporting in and dying for fun.
This is where being vocal about what ur trying to do is key.
i play alot of initiators, and duelists thinking u can read minds because u play sova is very common
i would say yoru but hes a hard ass agent, if you manage to understand how to play him tho, i think hes not getting any nerfs soon and hes very flexible, he can play slow, he can play fast, he has flashes, he has a clone to take the traps for you in the entry, his tps are extremely op too, just remember youre not a chamber
Unironically chamber or clove if u have good aim, I don’t even play valorant but sometimes I make an account just to climb to dia-asc (for fun, and my mmr would already be high Im not smurfing) and clove and chamber are insane if you have good gamesense with good aim. If you talk about immo amd higher its a different case ofc since you need to be flexible regardless (unless u are an exceptional talent) but for the other ranks you can play these 2 agents

with reyna u can take fights u cant with any other agent and its very easy to catch people off guard + if u arent ass u will be able to get out of any fight
"Just win the fight 5head" is my entire point. The amount of times people don't and have thereby trolled in agent select is insane.
People always say "you can win with anything" but val is 90% statistical optimization so if you want any consistency at all, first of all good fucking luck with the matchmaking and secondly you have to actually try to optimize harder than "hurr durr let me play the agent that gets 3 50/50s and just hope I win the coin toss every time"

on an agent like reyna YOU can dictate which fights to take and therefore they are no longer 50/50s and u have an advantage
''jus win the fight'' is not that clear since on some roles you will be forced into more unfavourable fights which wont be 50/50s whereas if u play reyna u can take any fights u want and the only people who troll on reyna are people who are too scared or people who are just plain bad!! If you cant win fights u set up as reyna u dont deserve to rank up on other agents either

the problem with this claim is she can do things no other agent can do, which makes her insanely strong
taking a risk and getting out from scenarios no other agent could
for taking risky off angles I recommend:
jett omen waylay yoru chamber
and to an extent with one off setups also:
raze phoenix astra
There's probably more too it really isn't that hard to do and the more you do it the worse it gets anyway

its way harder + jett and waylay get out tools expire + jett dash is one directional so u are limited to what u can do
and for reyna get out tool u have to get a kill and if u get util dumped u are basically fucked
all 3 agents are good to play in risky off angles and it can fuck them up in their own ways
just play omen and learn 1 or 2 stupid tp plays on each site for eco rounds, they work too well to not abuse
