I agree, it's an insane take, but he's just that promising.
I can guarantee you that Askia, Sato and specially luk xo will be on either G2/SEN or EMEA teams by 2 years from now (obviouslly, if their shit orgs don't completely brainwash them by keeping them around shit players like cauanzin, for example).

the point of a "power ranking" is to give a rough estimate on how good each player looks no matter the sample size. He isnt saying skuba is always going to better than kess, the point of the ranking is to say that on current sample size he thinks skuba looked like the current #6 in Americas and this ranking is subject to change after the next round of games are played and the sample size changes
The BR team should save lukxo.
BR has talented people, but they are scattered and not united as one team, which is a great waste.

a structured team with selfless players and comfortable roles is much better than an unstructured team with just high raw firepower
