Anyone watched this? Buzz and Autumn are actually shameless, bros are literally bullying Sylvan. They got carried by Meteor and Izu to a masters trophy and now they think they're all that lmao. Also Autumn legit doesn't do anything within the team. How tf did this team win Bangkok?
With that said T1 documentaries are top tier.
They're non stop just blaming and pointing his faults, which is not a problem on its own, the problem is the way they do it, it's like they're treating him as their emotional dumpster constantly dog piling him. Buzz emphasizes Sylvans mistake while not acknowledging or barely admitting his own. Anyone would play bad in that type of environment

edit: im currently watching it rn im at 23:32 of the vid and this is what i have to say. I dont think buzz said was a bad thing, sure he raged but i honestly think it normally happens to the most ppl and im sure sylvan understands that plus autumn is a coach its his job to criticize his players so they will know how do they play and how are they performing.
buzz was all quiet when he NEVER beat the fraud allegations on DRX and now that he did on T1 by some miracle, all of a sudden he feels entitled to shit on another player? it makes no sense. he must have had a lot of anger about his choking days and got a big ego when he finally won.
I am happy mako is not with them anymore but he has his own struggle in drx

Never got around to watching it yet. I always have the impression that iZu and Meteor are untouchable, whilst Buzz and stax addition are added to make up the core 4. Sylvan will always be performance merit stay or get replaced 5th.
Nah Izu is definitely not untouchable. Meteor Stax and Buzz are, that's why Buzz acts the way he does towards Sylvan. Autumn just let's it happen because he doesn't have the authority- which is pathetic for a coach.
In pacific coach content video autumn pre much said on the rise of Jadeite, iZu is the player he want for that next season, and he wants build a team around IZu but development is important etc. Stax was available at the time and as for Buzz they go way back from C9Korea days

Yeah. Even Autumn and his robins we're constantly calling out his aim in a slightly passive aggressive tone, blaming that they lost the game because "someone" didn't shoot well. Terrible coach but an even worse leader

i hope he does too but i dont think the team atmosphere is gonna change. Autumn seems like one of the most incompetent coaches ive seen and joins the blame game with subtle hints and stuff and ruins the team atmosphere. Theyre all so charged up and speaking with emotions.

Yeah unless someone with an authority tells them to stop dog piling on their teammates specially in the middle of a game, or they find their form and become dominant then yeah they're fucked. Because if not, the moment they lose a close game everyone's gonna tilt and start shitting on Izu and DH

Honestly i watched part of the born to be documentary and it just seemed that sylvan was doubting or blaming himself. Im not sure but i feel like sylvan is getting blamed alot.
