I'm going tomorrow too! You don't have to come too early, 30 minutes before the match is fine. The booth to receive the tickets will be at the 1st floor, the staff will check your order on NOL ticket and your ID
If you want to write/draw cheering signs, come to the 11th floor or 15th
After the match, NS will do a short greeting to the fans at the 1st floor. If you have time and want to see them, make sure to stay until then :)
