Ok hate to beat the dead horse or whatever the saying goes but here:

Mako- the guy stuck with t0rmi through tide and turmoil, has the longest win streak, been top of his region and even the world on his role, consistently made internationals every year, started igling midway through his career, and hasn’t had a single bad year throughout the whole thing.

Cryo- underrated pick but this guy tears up americas on Jett even with 007 asuna stopping the team from doing anything meaningful. Been a top Jett since he hit the scene, and since last year his brim has been demonic as well. Carried 100t to Shanghai and will do so again at ewc.

Trent- yes he was a tejo merchant for the first half the year but he’s definitely proven that even coming back to sofa he still dominates. Was good in the past, is great now, I think he definitely deserved a spot.

Leaf- similar to Trent, but additionally I think that people forgot how good he was on Jett in 2023. I started seriously watching vct around lock in/reg stage, and seeing leaf consistently tearing up teams and going toe to toe with aspas on Jett was sick to watch. Obv he is an insane senti rn, but people forget how dominant he was on jett.

Trexx- my one hottest take is that trexx is on a similar level to Leo. Of course Leo had a way higher peak, but overall, trexx has a bigger agent pool, is much more aggressive in taking fights, and has played on some pretty mid/shit teams. 1v5 vs Navi cements him as a favorite player of mine for sitting down ang1e and friends and I am very happy to see him join liquid.

Miniboo- prob a few spots too high but whatever. Not even that underrated, but insanely overhated. It’s insane how much this site demonized him for not fragging more than entrying, even tho he was good at both. Peak neon player before texture, pretty good opper, and very good fragger. Does die a lot but he kills a lot so it’s ok.

Invy- this guy is hella appreciated but pretty underrated. People know he’s good, but nobody really talks about him as much as they probably should. Classic case of good player shit team, and I don’t remember enough ts matches to picture how good he really was, but from what I do remember + looking at his stats, he’s good. Hopefully ts doesn’t shit the bed in the offseason and actually gives him a decent team next year.

Kr1stal- ok this one is a pretty deep pull bc he’s only been in t1 for half a year, but hear me out. He’s been farming t2 in multiple regions, where I doubt he speaks the language of most of his teammates. He’s made 2 ascension gf, winning one of them only to be kicked for rarga (not hating rargas pretty good). He lowk carries ge and is out fragging a decent amount of the time as igl. Idk I think he has hella potential but is underrated since he’s been in t2 most of his career.

Lysoar- only Chinese player imma mention bc most of china is still fresh and hasn’t had the time to develop as much as others yet. Lysoar tho is a pretty good player and has been to multiple internationals, so it would probably be unfair to forget him. Obv have to mention the legendary wolves run, plus the th games. Def a vet of the Chinese scene and probably the most seasoned non edg player there.

Oxy- this guys insane man. Only reason he’s 10 and not higher is bc he had 1 good year. In t2 he was good but not spectacular, and even this year it’s only been glimmers. He definitely has potential since he’s young, but until then he does sit lower. Biggest downfall for him tho is def lack of intention experience, but I doubt he won’t make one. Def some of the best aim in the world, but I feel like when he can start showing us 2024 again then I will move him up the list.
Idk tho I’m just ranting. Realistically Oxy is probably higher and miniboo and kr1stal are lower but whatever drop your opinions and yell at me for why I’m wrong
