personally in regards to anxiety i just remember that the whole world revolves around me and that other people are only variables that i manipulate to push towards my success. works everytime!

deep breaths, if you have something to hug whether it is a pillow or a pet do that as well, close your eyes and picture yourself in a place that brings you peace

To help with anxiety and stress as a whole, I recommend practicing mindfulness. Yoga and meditation are the best ways to do so.
VLR is not the place to ask because like you can see in the replies you've gotten, most of the site are kids. But a serious answer for me is just focused breathing, focus on something specific, may that be something you truly enjoy or smth of a similar vein
Slow down, Breathe, Listen to some nice relaxing music, probably sit down and take a break from whatever you are doing.
Slap your cheeks, and calmly and repeatedly until you feel good.
