personally i find having more than one competitive team much more interesting than having an entire year where one team is just miles above everyone else

honestly as an NA fan it just sucks that every org has pulled out of CS, like we literally went from having several teams to like 2 in the span of a few years
yeah we were already a middling region and then valorant was just the nail in the coffin
I mean y'all might be out of the tournament but America's is still a very competitive region
Now on CS.. it's more like a ghost town over there, and the NA goat is out of the major so that doesn't help either
that was barely even an era though & even then fnatic lost the domestic title
vitality now is just shitting on everyone
Eras in CS are a common thing tho. Navi was unmatched in 2021, Astralis had their Era, Fnc and NIP had theirs, etc....
hot take but Vitality isn't "miles" ahead of everyone else, they are very good, but they can be beat. The matches they've played have been close, they've lost maps (just got stomped in map 2 in fact).
Other teams just really need to show up vs them to have a chance.
vitality are very beatable last few months tbf, they probably still gonna win the major tho. but next season i highly doubt they will still be this dominant
I play both games i prefer to play cs (maybe because my friends) but i enjoy watching val more
cs esports hasnt been the same since the move to 12 round halves imo, doesnt carry the same hype with pistol round meaning too much
i miss the sk days when even tho they were the best team, we saw teams like astralis, cloud9 and vp win against them
I've watched both esports and I definitely enjoy watching Valorant more than CS, although if there was one thing Valorant Esports could do, it would be to not completely mute the fans when the game has started
