Not because of Boaster’s calls though. You got some incredible fraggers in Alfa and Chronicle and some braindead fans in yourself.
There were like 3 rounds where Fnatic should have lost on clock and got bailed out by some hero play by Alfajer or a mechanical miscue from G2. That's not good process.
he was also outcalling valyn every round on defense and G2 was getting bailed by valyn and leaf.
you can’t criticize slow play but you can criticize the calling and the calling was not good if you watched the game, half their rounds were hero plays
Nah man, I love FNC but this was even more outrageous than usual. It didn't look like they played slow because they were exploring the map, but they didn't know what to do until the last seconds because their initial avenues were getting shut down.
G2 did really good job fighting for mound and rubble control tbh. Even tho fnc got away with the slow playstyle before, I feel like it's the first time they got countered this well.
I like a methodical pacing of the game and I think right now it’s the correct approach to the meta but you gotta execute C at some point right?
