If you think you're ugly then the only option you got is maximizing your personality and communication.
I am an average to good looking guy and didnt have any gf till I was 20. I started working on my personality and instantly got a gf. You just gotta max out your personality, it would help you in improving both your game and interactions around other people. It may also just make your life way much more fun like me.
