I genuinely don’t consider him in the conversation till he wins a second international. Being consistently good but not winning anything for 3 years can only take you so far, if he wins Toronto, I think he is certainly in the GOAT conversation. I just think riot and the valorant community have pedalled the Aspas goat narrative so hard that it is treated as fact. Don’t get me wrong he is an incredible player, but if he doesn’t win another international soon, I don’t believe he should be in the debate.

Trophies are not the end-all and be-all bro. I would understand your point if he had zero trophies, but he has one, and its a Champs one at that. Like ok he doesnt have the most trophies, but his career is EXTREMELY impressive regardless. I could write you entire paragraphs on the records he has broken and the things he has done that no one else has even come close to being capable of. His stats and consistency are second to none. You can say he is not the GOAT but its undeniable he is the conversation, you just have to accept it.
