why run and hurt your knees when incline walking exists? stupid.
Impressive. Bunch of friends and I signed up for a 5K/10K in September. Hoping to run a sub 40 at least but probably gonna aim closer to 30-35 if I can ~ never been a runner and had asthma growing up but it does feel good to run even though sometimes I feel like dying and I'm nowhere near fit enough to do the full 5k without some walking time (I think I can do about 1km before I have to pace myself and walk for like 200 m) but we're slowly but surely getting there.
