Keiko been spamming ISO in ranked and duelist in general he always plays the agents he plays in officials so i think theyre moving to double duelist and penny plays flex
Kamo = Duelist
Keiko = Secondary duelist/smokes
Serial = Senti
Patitek = Initiator
Penny = Smokes/Flex
im pretty sure keiko playing iso in ranked whilst streaming wont correlate to their roles at all, the day before he played viper on icebox one game and reyna another and thats definitely not happening lol. penny said on his stream hes "playing smokes on one map" so keiko is likely staying on smokes on every other map
I dont think it makes sense to put the sub player on your main duelist, they have to keep Kamo on there I think
