But now look at cned tenz victor and marved in tier 2, average at most and 2x worse than b1sk/purp0. They just got lucky to be on good structured teams in tier 1 that supported them a lot

Easiest regions were polaris portugal and mena
Plus even in easier region 1.38 rating is insanely high in a tier 2 system too(tier 1 teams have better conditions for players to frag out)

I get what you mean by this but it doesn't really matter how well they perform in t2 if they can't hang in t1. I don't really blame purp0 for having a rough year, his team was ass, but I'd assume b1sk got trials and just didn't make the cut. But I'm sure both of them will at least get a chance for a team, especially considering the bottom feeders are looking for changes and prob will next year too
