This way they're basically saying that group stage performance is more important than playoff performance which is just braindead. A much better solution would be to give teams that win (or make it to the final or whatever condition seems fair) immunity for relegation.

This is normal, it's good for stability, I just think every SEA subregion should have one team that would be protected (So either 5 or 7 teams depending if you give 2 to MN/TW and MY/ID)

the problem here is how is the rulebook, Naos shouldn't have never been relegated, Z11 should be the relegated team because they didnt manage to qualify, (Or we could have only 3 relegated team, it wouldnt be shocking to do that)
