Why did Vera rejecte GE Offer?

I remember juvenile talking about vera and he mentioned how vera wasn’t interested at that time. Any possible reasons for that? I mean it’s tier 1 alter all no?

As a player you want to maximize your chance of success, if don't like a team/org you won't join it. Unless there is a X factor

Vera never got offer from ge. Juv3nile just said that he had high hopes from vera. But he failed to deliver during tryouts
Also grumble didn't rejected ge. He had his national service coming up, so couldn't join
