Loud didnt actually invest in the scene, the 22' roster was ready and complete before they even got in the scene. a roster which was to be bought by mibr, all loud did was outbid them with fan engagement (an "advantage" that later became the plight of this roster an team)

Bzka, Loud's "coach" had to solve most of the teams administrative problems, he had to basically be the manager and coach, which is why fr0d was brought in at champions, LOUD needed tactical help, tactics which were being developed by sacy, saadhak and bzka, but bzka had other stuff to worry about too.

The moment LOUD saw that fr0d helped the team win, what did they do? make him manager since he had a good grip of the administrative side? no, they fired him, put fr0d in and gave that responsability to him

LOUD also is known for such shit management that they sink entire careers. each of "the kicked" has an argument to be made in defense of them. [[stk is an analyst, not a coach, now hes scorched / Qck wasnt bad, he was persecuted by the fanbase / Dgzin was actually consisten, he plays two bad matches after HIS GF BROKE UP WITH HIM, and now the fans want his head / Tuyz was the professional equivalent of groomed into every empty position LOUD needed, only to be spat out after his status as a good player had already been destroyed / Vinny isnt bad, he played well, had good reads, what happened? oh yeah, Loud didnt want to pay for the team psych to be there and available, he was neglected then spat out and scorched / fr0d & bzka used and thrown out for calling the org out ]]

Look at LOUD's vlogs, they basically put 5 players and 2 staff living inside a cubicle of an apartment, every respected person in the e-sports scene makes it clear gaming houses dont work, one of the probable reasons fr0d was let go

Even though their fans claim LOUD is a "big org" that has money, we will never see it, every single hire they made was a LTA player (Qck kicked from FURIA/V1nny,Lukxo & Dgzin's orgs left the scene leaving the players for free/ Pancada was benched and SEN had removed his buyout as a goodwill gesture) the only player that LOUD has apparently spent money on is Virtyy who was on E-XOLO. RobbieBK is also LTA/F/A
