honestly depends on context. i use nigh-ther usually but in specific cases (like neither x nor y) i use neither

idk why tho

when it's in a sentence I usually use knee-ther
when it's by itself as an answer I only use nigh-ther

other situations: idk, they both sound like something i'd say
