(Not saying they were in the match, but hypothetically) If KRU were playing bad on purpose to eliminate LOUD, would it be against the rules?

Technically yes, there are multiple rules,

“Competitive integrity” rule which requires all players/teams to “… compete to the best of their skill and ability at all times”
&
“Match fixing”

You could even make a case for the rule immoral activity possibly but maybe not
