PRX's gameplay has become stagnant while other teams continuously evolve. Their predictable strategies and lack of tactical flexibility make them easy to counter in today's meta. A new head coach could:- Implement fresh strategic approaches
- Develop better adaptability mid-match
- Modernize their training regimens

Strategic Roster Reconstruction
A partial rebuild (2-3 players) is necessary to establish a new foundation. This isn't about player skill - we've seen numerous cases (in both esports and football) where talented players simply don't fit a particular system. Examples:- Valorant: GE's former stars (SkRossi, t3xture, Monyet) who became top performers after departing
