Kicking zap for NZR might be one of the worst moves ever witnessed.

zap was such a mental stronghold for the team and the guy can shoot, they have a lot to fix but i wouldn't kick zap which i think from a foreign perspective seems to be a key piece to their mentality. nzr isn't an improvement over zap in case that the rumours are true.
