in total, EDG have lost 5 bo5s in their lifetime, with the most recent one being April 2023 and never with s1mon

EDG imo. in the press conference they were entirely aware that they were too confident and didn't give G2 the respect in their prep that they should've. they will NOT give G2 the same advantages again

Honestly G2 with a veto advantage and JoshRT with some time on his hands they should be able to close it out. But G2 does suck when it comes to BO5 as last year they had absolute stinkers in BO5 and even this year against SEN they were not as good as people expected them to be on the other hand EDG are accustomed to winning BO5s a fuck ton of them in their regionals. It should be a close one either way. Imagine if after me saying all this T1 ends up winning it all💀

Same here. Honestly don't mind G2 winning it either. Trent Jonah and valyn these guys were in the trenches of tier 2 for so long and leaf has been very consistent ever since his early C9 days. All 3 teams fucking deserve it😭

Having watched enough of both T1 and EDG, I think it should go to at least four maps. EDG probably wins the bo5 though.
