For me this is a real question mark, on one hand, eg showed great potential with a roster that wasn’t as good in 2024 on the other hand, champs curse

keep in mind kc was prolly one of the best teams, and if it went to map 3 you never know what couldve happened,
and also there was just a slight chance (maybe) sen wouldnt had made it to top 4 if they lost to kc, but this is all theory so doesnt matter much

I would say that given that MIBR had just choked a 12-6 lead that it is in fact very possible HOWEVER the script needed MIBR to win for EG to win champs and the script is never wrong

prx choosing G2 is what caused their downfall imo, had they picked FUT instead their issues would be masked
they didn’t play too scared in champs against edg but rather overheating and throwing more than ever, that sunset was so hurtful to watch
Tbh no one knew g2 was gonna be that good during Shanghai. Imo t1 could have beaten them during Swiss and I felt that th deserved to win against g2 too. Fut also just defeated lev who were favourites in the tournament
fut vs lev was one of the worst games in the swiss stage compared to g2 vs t1 or th imo. lev weren’t favorites either especially since they were 3rd seed but they were expected to be in playoffs 100%
Ok I wouldn’t say lev were clear favourites but if they won, it wouldn’t be unexpected. I definitely need to rewatch these matches tbh for me fpx vs fut was one of the most entertaining matches in Shanghai
post match interview they admitted they shouldve taken more risks cuz they were afraid to take risks cuz they were on the verge of losing and they didnt wanna risk bombing out

The boys need to chill out a bit. Given that they went to finals twice, they should have the experience to still be calm but i think their morale was already in the dirt after Shanghai and split 2 and prx bombing out should have been expected
