unfortunate to say but JP if your only including the regions that actually make LANs
With how close matches have been, I could say the only team that really looked weak were FS and CR, other than that every team in the tourney has improved a lot or are improving. I can't really say which region is weakest but SEA (FS) and JP are the only regions that are a step behind, but are they weakest? No.
In champions, JP. But there's still MENA, LA-N and Oceania, wich aren't even playing.
Both are weak af. But, BR has death threats and cocky fans = BR is the winner against Asia

out of the ones that can directly qual to international events it's got to be japan or LATAM right?
MENA (Middle-East and North Africa), LAN (Nothern LATAM), maybe SA (Southern Asia/India)
SA next year will be better than JP,SEA and SA>MEAN,OCENIA for now
