Phoenix, Reyna are "spammable" since they are 6 orbs, if any player is good enough they can make any agents ult "spammable by your definition"

Her passive make her broken and her amazing WR in T1+T2 is the proof of it 56% NMWR in 203 games

i find crazy how quickly she became a comfort pick for a lot of players,
i don't expect a buff since she's played anyway but she offers little value competitively and brim is definetely the better option
