Thing is EMEA teams not called heretics have a combined international (non emea vs emea) wins that is only slightly above PRX. Keep in mind a decent amount of the win is vs China.

When your best team gave more victories than everyone else combined in the international stage, you are a one team region. Apac was a 1 team region too, but Emea was worse. Amer was not 1 team region as they have different teams getting podium finish. Apac have 2. Emea and china have 1.
Well every region has a trophy now. The Script of TH kicking out the Americas Teams and gifting a trophy to a Region without Trophy’s doesn’t exist anymore. Unless Riot creates a new region without trophy I don’t see TH getting a 2nd place.
Hot take: emea hasn't ever been a 1 team region if anything apac and China have been one team regions for longer than emea
