riot will have bo5 for every irrelevant tourney (incl many gc) but not for this? i understand its not "lower final" but man...
but g2 gozen is not unbeatable. yeah, they have a good players, but they not unbeatable. and sr is not unbeatable too because they have flor
yes, g2 gozen are strong team, and they dominate in their region, and once they win gc champs. but, in this year i think many teams from other regions improved a lot (not all teams from other regions are qualified yet)

Sisu choked pretty bad against MIR with Dorothy on flow. I doubt it would happen again if they faced each other. It sucks because we wont be able to see that due to this shit format.
Agree the format sucks, especially when going vs Xipto is such a death sentence but imo sisu didn't look like the 2nd strongest team at all. I don't see the argument for the choke vs MIR when they weren't that dominant on the other series vs SL9, arguably one of the weakest teams in the tournament

Frankly, I don't think a double elimination is sufficient for the knockout stage. I think more than triple elimination is better.
