They are buffing Harbor, though... they're just taking a while because they think "he needs larger scope work" and they're still "exploring their options. "
Idk what to expect from the harbour buff tbh the only thing i can think of is maybe? cascade time is increased and ult slows down enemies?
My ideas were:
- Make wall a bit longer (QoL), give it a shorter cooldown (30 seconds to match other controllers) and hide the line it makes on the ground from the other team
- Wall and cascade no longer slow allies + slow to enemies increased from 30% to 50%
- Cove cost goes down to 300
- Ult stuns faster so it's not as easy to dodge
Oh yeah I forgot one
- Change his agent icon to the old one (the one VLR still uses)
Kinda debatable but I think it looks a lot better
legit a simple change makes her equal with jett and raze and will have a healthy duelist meta not raze jett only neon yoru raze jett have a place

slide acc down 50% or single slide charge with kill refresh double stun second is better imo for everyone
single slide is better, 50% acc is the same as having a gun that doesnt work mid slide.
Prediction on changes
phoenix buff-Something with the wall
cypher nerf- most likely the recharge time to activate the trips
gekko nerf-reduce amount of time to pick up abilities and maybe cooldown increase
sage- cheaper orbs and or Self heal is now 50-70
