its based on an upfrag/downfrag ratio
used to be just enough posts would get you to 4
mods can also remove stars at whim
the ratio must be generational for a star decay. ive never even seen it before
I got manually reset to 0 and had a little run where I had to care to get back to 4 where it would fluctuate
