I buy a laptop HP Omen
Ryzen 7 7840Hs
Rtx 4060
Good or bad ?
is that why my computer keeps freezing randomly when i alt tab or something?
it's probably because intel has a bug/problem with their cpu that fries its electrical component for years, that they only patch it up like, this month.
i have a i5 700k is there a fix for this or will i keep crashing and get random valorant bans
that time ryzen was probably still shit with their 1st gen. it's not ur fault.
unless u bought it in 2020 and above and u still picked intel. that's your bad.
i worked to get 2k in 2021 and bought a prebuilt intel i5 700k and 2060 RTX
welp tough luck. it was also pc scarcity that time. so it's not really ur fault.
yeahh i got into PC at the wrong time, shoulda sticked with my ps3 and played fifa 19
Not for OP, but how are laptops nowadays anyways? What kind of performance do people get?
Ik a tower is a lot in comparison, but I feel like I'd hate this game even more on 60hz.
cheap laptops (with amd APUs) now can run modern games easily, of course with some exception.
and gaming laptops, the ones that usually priced above $1200 are equipped with at least 144hz monitor.
just, stay outta intel cpu + gpu combo.
i think most decent gaming laptops nowadays come with a 144hz screen and can pull around 200 fps so its very playable, just the 15 inch screen is kinda annoying
i'd suggest searching for the laptop on youtube and watch reviews, stress tests and gaming performance to see if you get the suitable performance that you want
I have a dell g5
11th Gen intel i7
32gb of ram ddr4
a 6GB of GDDR4 in a 1650Ti
I am chilling around 300-400fps
I have second-hand laptop, Ryzen 5 Mobile 3500U, AMD Vega 8, I bought it because my old laptop is dying and because I wanted to play Valo, 100FPS on low settings, I'm good
More than enough, should have you covered for other games than valorant aswell.
