Silver - plat = Low elo
Diamond - low immo = mid elo
High immo+ (300-400 rr) = high elo

nah even diamond and above is high elo
you could argue ascendant but immo 1 is def high elo
its just stats u cant explain literally the less than top1% of players not being high elo
low elo u could prob argue like iron to gold 1-2 and after that its mid elo

their aim is trash too tho its pretty free if u have decent movement

high elo isnt defined just by how good players are compared to you, you have to take in how good they are compared to every single person who has played valorant
if u take a diamond player and put them in bronze lobbies they are all dropping 40
respectfully if you didnt peak radiant in the last 3 or 2 acts then it means nothing lmfao

you are high elo if u look at the whole playerbase and compare urself to every single valorant player, you are miles better than like at least 95% of all players. I would say thats high elo. Maybe to a pro player ascendant is like easy pickings so they would say its low elo. Just because u arent better than others does not mean that you guys are low elo, its just the floor of the high elo range

As a Ascendant I can't even say my playstyle or any of peers playstyle should be considered high elo yet

My mmr was around immo1.
Today i was in a mid asc lobby and told my raze to ult off my ult (yoru) twice. He went the opposite site both times
Ascendent is a joke of a rank created to make people feel high elo
Happened with my Sova as well, told him to ult off my body as an ulting Yoru and he just didnt press Ult until his recon scan someone LMAO

diamond is literally just all aim no brain, no teamwork, no game iq, comps literally dont mean jack shit
Low immo people are atleast trying to work together to win
everyone is good enough to be flexible and comps ACTUALLY MATTER
it is a complete throw not having a senti in low immo lobbies, whereas in diamond you can get away with it so easily
the skill diff is wayyy too apparent to be grouping them in the same category
Immo players play to win but when they lose their gun round when the enemy's are bonusing they tilt super hard.
I played in both lobbies, the difference is near none
Now idk how it is in ur servers im just speaking for NA
i hovered around diamond/ascendant for multiple episodes and had many games with an immo1 in it, and almost every time the immo1 performed about the same level if not worse than the rest of the lobby, so i agree
the low immos also tend to be more toxic because they're low immo and think they own the server
Pretty sure diamond still constitutes low elo. Players only dip their toes into macro at mid Ascendant. Everything below that is tdm with a bomb minigame.
Diamond is a weird rank where they arent good but they arent shit
Personally i would prefer grouping diamond with low immo than grouping diamond with silvers
or js classify plat-dia as mid elo lol

compare a plat player to an iron player or bronze player theres no way u group these 2 in the same catagory either

In lol it was basically :
- Iron/Bronse/Silver : Low ELO (50-60% worst player)
Skin reward is use as a threshold - Gold/Platine/LowDiam : Mid ELO (top 50-60)
Allowance to be hire in pro team based on level used as a threshold (IIRC it was D3 not 100% sure) - HighDiam/Master/GM/ (Top 2%)
We don't have threshold in Val sadfully, but we can transpose the percent in each categories, if we transpose that repartition to Val we have :
- Low ELO : Iron/Bronze/Argent/LowGold (Bottom 43% if you take silver only and 64% if you take gold its bottom 64%)
- Mid ELO : highGold/Platine/Diam/Asc
- High ELO : Immo/Rad (top 2%)
I think for valorant you gotta ignore the numbers
Below diamond is just people shooting their guns to shoot their guns
I think I have the level of an Iron and my gameplay is the total opposite T.T
I think the fact is you will find people playing gun at everyELO but more you up and more the proportion of people using brain will augment
I'd say high elo starts at 200rr, that's when it starts to group you with low rad
I usually queue with TenZ and Demon1 but I like to believe I'm still in low elo.
