They wont agree with anything except 5 India or the team manage to qualify international
don't think that's exactly the case, they want a winning roster for last 2 seasons, but this tym they just hate the owner for getting fraud talents and wasting indian players(GE hasn't build an academy team yet). So they want some promising vcl talents to get a chance, but it's not fully supported by all fans, many amount of fans still would want a international winning roster.
That's not the true, we will support GE even with no Indian at this point but they need to qualify for atleast playoff with a foreign roster !!!

Good roster but import rule wont allow it since dos9 and sultan count as emea
I think so they fall under EMEA category as these countries are part of CIS
But as per vcsa you can two imports from pacific region or 1 import out of Pacific and 1 from Pacific. Since sultan nd dos are present in same team one of them isn't counted as outside acific import . or maybe i have wrong idea abt vcsa as i dont watch that region much
