Why are they the only team without a clear igl and how are they successful with it

the team has been toghether for who knows how long
they all understand each other and play really well off each other
They kinda do have a caller. Forsaken calls most pistol and bonus round and after that on gun rounds JJ and something call I think. Atleast that what I saw. I think having a duelist capable of making that crucial midrounding is amazing kinda reminds me of Victor.
