There are many other way more competent BR orgs that could take their place tho, I don't see why it has to be an NA one.
Honestly, I can definitely see Riot taking one of the BR spots away. Now, years away from the Tate incident, Riot probably want to find a permanent spot for G2.
Taking a spot away from a region like that would be unfair, no? Isn't the whole point of giving 5 NA, 3 BR and 2 LATAM to have an equal number of teams from North and South America?
I think RIOT needs to set a statement on this, how could you allow one of your franchised orgs to use the funds that you're giving them to fund a team that doesn't even play in your market?
I know that there might be people saying "haha Valarante child game, CS2 man game, they took good decision because CS2 better" and i don't care, but if a CS2 team used their funds to bankroll a Valorant team it would feel off.
They should just remove MIBR from franchises and remove their bundle then offer the spot to a BR org that actually wants to compete.
If BzKa is as talented as we believe, even in tier 2 he will thrive and come back. Give him a team like Gallorys and we have a run
