Viper was convenient at every map in this horrible pool because of the way they designed her and these maps
u dont fix that by disabling her orb reposition or lowering smoke timer
the only aspect of Viper I could understand if they nerfed it would be her ultimate because its pretty much gg if they ult in post plant
other than that, Riot probably just nerfed her because morons wouldnt stfu about it

right, pick a character that makes it more probable you'll lose in a map where viper is better simply because it "aint fun"
They make the map pool icebox, breeze, bind, split and lotus and wonder why viper is picked 💀💀
viper will still be picked on breeze and icebox, she'll just be paired with another smoker like harbor more often now
the pickrate will only drop for other maps where having a viper wasn't a necessity but rather the impact and map control that made teams opt for her over other smokers
and from a viewers perspectives it was sure fun to watch viper throw mollies from the spawn so ofc it's great that there's a meta shift in pro play
Over centralization isn't a good thing especially when it comes to something being too powerful.
