Is it their duo that makes LOUD a top 5 team consistently or is it just IGLing diff by Saadhak?
They have lost their star controller(Pancada), star initiator(Sacy) and star duelist(Aspas) but still they never fall out of top 5 teams itw.

Saadhak as a captain is the difference, not only igling, but he handles people very well, understand humans and their qualities.
the whole team and saadhak say this in many interviews, I'm a portuguese speaker, so we can learn more about the way he teaches them.
He's kind of right, he demonstrates this in his lives, vlogs and interviews. And just being a good igl doesn't keep the consistency he has, look at Fns and Boaster

you will come to that conclusion when thinking about how loud have maintained their identity through 3 rosters, igling doesn't do that, leadership does
everyone in the team says he is the best leader, he says in other interviews about this too, that one of his stregths is dealing with persons. Madrid press conference yesterday he said about it too, but its in spanish or portuguese many times
saadhak, i mean he owned on VKS too when he had less firepower (sacy and sutecas)
