That's not how it works you're assuming that APAC = Asia and that is just not true. Because if it were, the Middle East would be part of APAC, and so would China.
What you're not understanding is the very moment all of Asia is not included in APAC you CAN'T keep inferring that everything that is ASIA is also APAC.

Turkey is apart of apac but it's also apart of EMEA and APAC has many variants but turkey is in europe so it's apart of EMEA.
