we only study english for paper exams and its useless for communication. if you think japanese people can do normal conversation in english its completely wrong
Never said normal communication I just said that it's required to learn it. Even with minimal language learning you are usually able to at least comm in Valorant. You can learn a language without liking it. Hell I was forced to learn Mandarin and I hated it, I still can't read or write mostly but I can at least half hold a conversation.
i think it's more about preference i prefer to talk in Hindi more then English so i guess they can speak and understand English but don't like to use it

if ur in east russia u have to play in korean servers since its the closest and there are no russian servers

if you wanna play in Korea server, you must have Korean ID to create an korean account and live in korea, thx for a legal regulation of Korea. U can´t play if you don´t have korean account or if you travel to another country.

How is an average Japanese person limiting his opportunities when Japan is about as monoethnic as Poland or Belarus? Do u often have to speak English irl? Plus there's lots of scientific literature available in Japanese so you can easily live ur life in Japan without knowing English.
I speak English everyday , I actually have both a Belarussian and an Indian friend at my school who I speak to in English on the daily :)
I am a laureate of a National English competition (which imo is a literal cheatcode when it comes to getting into schools, it is significantly easier/less time consuming than achieving a similar title in any other field) and I will likely study abroad in English to obtain a highly valued degree. I am not saying you need to speak English to live in Japan, but the country is in a demographic crisis, so it could be potenitally benefitial for young Japanese people to migrate :)
Btw I play Stockholm a fair bit and people comm in English for me like 80% of time, it's just about attitude and how you approach them

How much ping you have in Tokyo? You will be considered trolling if you have high ping and cannot speak Japanese
nothing new, if you live in any East Asia(especially japan) country you will know that they don't like it when foreigners stay live in their country, but they will like it if you come just for a holiday.
