Most of people doesn't really count lock-in. So prx probably slightly better than loud.

Both finished 3rd at an event, 2nd at an event, won their respective leagues, and performed poorly in the third. I think it's almost dead even, but I feel like LOUD was slightly better cuz they only lost one game during Americas League and almost won against FNC, as opposed to PRX who got demolished by EG

I guess but prx also beat loud and prx are more prone to anti strating which eg are very good at.
