Given the current economic situation in esports I was wondering how can EG have a 15 man roster in CSGO and a 10 man roster in valorant while Faze/100T/TSM are litteraly dying despite having much more clout and a bigger brand than EG

What is you waffling about bro. Idk about fraud clan or tsm but 100T are valued at more than $500 million as of the latest info available. They simply made a decision to cut back on heavily investing in their eSports rosters next year. They're churning out record profits every year and selling insane amounts of merch. They're one of the select few handful of orgs that are actually making profits from eSports and not simply burning through VC investor cash

EG are largely backed by PEAK6, a VC investment firm. In layman's terms: they have a shit load of money and 0 knowledge or notion of what to do with it
Because there quailty of player is much worse so they can pay them less, the other 5 eg players, beside bcj, are no name irreveleant players. Hell, most of the team on the starting roster started out the year (when their contracts were drawn) as no name irrelevent players. The only player I could imagine be getting payed anything close to the other orgs is Ethan.

Also EG is also probably paying their players a similar amount as other NA franchise orgs
