you are doing something wrong, that is not a healthy amount
your body will let you sleep the regular 8 if you treat it right
nah, I feel the most rested when I get 5-6 hours of sleep, anything less or more than that and I feel sluggish all day.
How? I feel tired asf after 6 hours and I need consecutive alarms to wake up. Maybe it’s the caffeine?
might be cause I dont really take in caffeine, also instead of alarms I use smart lights to wake me up, feels much more natural.
If only that’s enough to wake me up. This iphone alarm is pissing me off every morning T__T damn a lot of vlr people not big on caffeine huh
Cuz caffeinne is extremely bad for u. Espicially how ppl casually consume so much while gaming or staying awake. Like im pretty sure its considered a drug too
sometimes 5hr sometimes 4hr sometimes 8hr sometimes 7hr and sometimes 10hr a night 🤡

During school-7 hrs sleep at 10 get up at like 5
During summer-sleep at 1 get up at 11 lol
honestly its not that bad i do my school stuff and then come look at vlr but it'll be tough in the offseason since vlr wont be as active
I just want you to remember that every hour you spend sleeping is another hour you could've spent furthering your vlr career, never sleep 💪

During school it used to be 4-6, now I'm going to uni and hope it'll be a bit better cause I had my school started at 9 am with 2h travel and uni is going to start at 12 am with 30m travel
4-5 hours during school and 9–10 hours during summer; my sleeping schedule fucked up so bad during summer, bro. Like, I could sleep at 3 a.m. and then wake up at midday, eat some food, and then go to sleep again till midnight.
Before, I was sleeping 10 hrs cuz I was doing nothing but rn I’m sleeping 6-7

have to reduce a lot during champs (starts 1.30 am for me RIP)...might have to become nocturnal
