emea have some rly gud teams but tbh not best region, they don’t have enough competitive teams. only fnc and liquid are actually gud rn, maybe fut and giants as well, but the rest either fell off (navi), or just look awful (kcorp and heretics)
in NA the worst teams are still quite competitive, with the worst of them (100t ig) standing at around the level of fut or giants. So I’d say americas, specifically NA is more competitive than emea.
