you cant say the same about FNS at all because he made the core of NRG and has been IGLing them for years. Look at the improvement of s0m since the NRG core joined. Look at Vic and crashies, went from playing on T1 to being masters champs last year and still at the top of valorant now. Not discrediting any of those players' individual grinds they're all insanely talented, but FNS is the goat for a reason. FNC just bought the best EU player in each role and put them on a team with B**ster.
