No. Kr1stal and Jemkin are setup really well by the rest of the team in order to win games like they are. Just because both of them seem like they're carrying the team (which by stats you can see that they are), it doesn't mean that the rest of the guys are just pushovers.
Look at their stats bro. Jenkins and kr1stal (IGL) well above 1.15. the rest of the team under 1.00 Vlr rating (in split 2 Japan). Don't get me wrong thr rest of the team are still good support players but like the impact they have on the game is much lesser...
That's cuz both of them just take the impact into their hands, can't you see?
That would actually help you improve the KDR but they are well below 1.00 in this category too.

yeah yeah EMEA Val population for Russia Far East server is dead. Better go play in Asia VAL since ping is better and competition is good.
Far east Russian players are 40-70 ping to Tokyo server and over 100 ping to EMEA server.
I feel something wrong with calling them "EMEA Player".
Jemkin and Kr1stal live in Japan for 6 months and improved so hard.

This man needs to looks at a map of Russia and see that a lot of it is in asia
