Prime LOUD clears the board we are talking Sacy and Pancada not TuyZ (LUL) and cauanzin (sacy better). And prime OpTic includes unnerfed chamber so they would beat Gambit who didn’t have chamber. This whole argument is kinda dumb due to separate metas and agent nerfs.

if all these teams were put into a tournament into todays meta and agents, gambit would still dominate. thats my take

prime in this context would mean the orgs at the peak of their dominance. gambit was most dominant with deffo, sheydos, nats, redgar, and chronicle. what im saying is that this team would smack around any other team listed here regardless of time or meta if given the time to adjust and acclimate
Nah you gambit fanboys are delusional. On one hand you claim the game wasn’t as developed back then and on the other you act like gambit was the best team ever. LOUD and FNATIC are definitely better than a team that lost in their prime to Acend

This is a horrible take redgar does not call well in this meta his whole gameplan in liquid is to take duels and hope nats and sayf get man advantage. One of the most puggy teams in vct
Loud or optic. Gambit was not as good as these teams and people who think they are have nostalgia bias or are coping. Fnatic unproven in an actual tournament format with a stable meta and teams ( they always go undefeated in regular season so dont give me shit) . The reason why gambit wasnt as good, because Nats was already having trouble with anti-strat and the meta was very individual focused there was literally nothing going on in util combos when the only one was viper shock.
Its kinda impossible to compare the prime versions of these teams because they existed in their prime in different metas
Prime Gambit would probably slam Loud and Optic if they were playing the 2021 version of the game
Prime Loud/Optic would probably slam Gambit if they played in the 2022 version of the game
prime loud runs a close series against prime fnatic if the game takes place in current meta
if sacy and pancada played in the grand final against fnatic they probably would have won the series
Definitely Gambit, nats and chronicle were in their prime, redgar was the best IGL in the world at that point, d3ffo was pulling his weight, sheydos was cold as always.

Prime LOUD. At their prime the only team that could consistently take a map off of them was OPTIC. People overrate how dominant prime GMB was, plus they played when players like Zombs and Kiles were on world class teams.
