i use: 5 oz oats, protein powder (yummy kind), banana, milk/cashew milk, chocolate chip, honey/maple syrup, lil baking powder. Blend, pour into small dish, top with berries. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 . Oats are creamy and delicious everytime
vegan = probably taste like sand
good ones ive had are myprotein, dymatize has unique (decent to good) flavors for cheap, ghost has rlly good flavors but its expensive. Ryse i think is popular but ive never tried it. If ur broke i highly recommend going to your local grocery outlet/budget grocery store and scoping out their nutrition section, kept me fit thru some rough times.
Else, gold standard whey from optimum nutrition isn't the best but it works. For baking, look for casein protein as it is wayyyy better to use for cooking /baking than whey isolate. WAY better. it is a life changing ingredient when trying to cook healthy.
too bland, u can put anything u like, its like a patch of soil, grow anything u want.
put oat then milk then cook. im gonna eat oats tomorrow because of this
100g oats

When I worked out a lot I used to put bananas or frozen strawberries in my oats and pop them in the microwave for a quick breakfast. Top it off with cinnamon.
I just have it with milk, honey, some mixed nuts, sliced bananas. sometimes add a pinch of cinnamon powder.
I don't make now but when I used to eat I do these things:
