Idk about that, but he's a better coach overall imo in terms of talent development. Mini finds cracked players but they're already cracked. Mce makes players the best versions of themselves.

Mini just goes on vlr, checks out scoreboards for biggest vrl matches. Scrims those teams. Checks scoreboard. Oh killed lots of ppl on my team that means hes good! Adding him to the list. Thats basically it.
I hate dislike na but mce seriously the goat for what he does. Jakee was in collegiate thats literally like tier 5. I cant imagine how much shit he had to teach him about protocols, teamplay etc.
both Runi and Jakee were in top tier 3 valorant which is right outside challengers or ascension in NA. Jakee and Runi were both pretty well known to people who actually watch tier 2. Jakee was a smokes main for NSIC he just played Jett in those collegiate tournaments lmfao.

Yes, mini found alfa and derke who are on his current roster. His other players were already established. mCe brought up a group of nobodies in the guard and found the 2 perfect players to come in for c9 with minimal budget spending. Gotta give it to him for being the big man.
They are both great coaches. What I like about both is that they are not scared to take risks on unknown talent.
mCe deffo better bro is the father of guard and finds 2 perfect replacements like what
mini has to find player from multiple regions in Europe, for mCe its just players who compete against players they know. Easier to scout and judge players tbf

Mini has pretty much always had to look for players to fit straight into a top 2/3 team in EMEA, where as mCe is mainly looking for players who can develop
treating it exclusively as a 1st split thing current c9 is pretty bad compared to the absolute highs we saw out of fnatic (after for example enzo getting picked up)
However looking at it long term there is def gonna be more improvement on c9
