He was the best in 2021 because old Jett suited his playstyle perfectly. He stumbled in 2022 because no-skill passive OP meta was introduced with Chamber. Now that OP requires more skill and aggresiveness than ever, and he plays for one of the best teams, my boy will shine even brighter.
