degredation of society. the lines are blurring and they want to keep greying the lines till we don't have a moral compass. but they plan against Allah, and He is the best of planners. All humans have been blessed with a natural inclination of morality since birth we just have to keep standing our ground against fahisha(indecency and lewdness).

Mothers win the majority of custody battles because the fathers were at fault. Men are more susceptible to violence, mental illness, and alcohol abuse. I mean seriously have you guys had any friends? Most divorces/separations happen because the father was abusing the mother or the kids.
i dont think there should be any generalisation with these cases.
especially with how impactful they are to all parties.
