Iya, tim MPL kalo punya divisi MOBA selain ML bakal dikurangin keuntungan franchise MPL nya jadinya tim MPL mau gak mau mesti prioritaskan keuntungan penuh dari MPL
Kayaknya memang bukan, cuman jadi salah satu pertimbangan Riot buat gak ngasih slot ke tim Indo karena sebelumnya kan Indo sempat disupport buat scene WR cuman habis itu pada bubar satu per satu karena aturan MPL soal keuntungan tim berkurang kalo punya divisi MOBA lain jadinya bikin Riot bisa dibilang merasa "terkhianati" karena gak ada tim yang rela buat melawan arus.
Theres really no fucking reason to not pick 1 team from each of the region of SEA, what? pick 5 KR teams and hope they will pick up SEA talents, really won’t generate as much hype as picking the orgs first. I don’t know about other indonesians here but im more engaged when Boom gets into TI with 1 indo player rather than T1 getting into TI with 2 indo player
let's be honest though most people don't care about orgs. its really the players that get people engaged. the kr orgs have stability and money which is better for the players anyways if they pickup sea rosters. i don't think kr will actually get 5 orgs though.
There are some big Indo orgs too which are huge . KR orgs are not the only orgs in APAC which provide financial stability
Most people don't know much about sea orgs because they are big from mobile game which are big in sea and also there's no game which has expanded in sea/APAC like valorant did so no reason for orgs before to expand
what are some huge Indo orgs in other games? Idk the Dota scene, but what about OWL/CS/League etc?
RRQ , EVOS , Bigetron are some big orgs here . All the game you mentioned has not been expanded in SEA aside from DotA 2. Boom has the best roster currently for DotA in sea
Other fairly big orgs - BOOM , BTR , ONIC , Alter Ego , NXL
RRQ and EVOS is huge, rich, and has the biggest fanbase in Indo or probably SEA

masalahnya salah satu regulasi yg pernah gua baca di franchise league nantinya minimal gaji pemain 50K USD per tahun, sekaya2nya organisasi indo pasti engap jg bayar segitu buat game yg scenenya pun ga gede2 amat. mungkin itu yg bikin tim indo gagal.
