They always get the most seeds, yet outside of FPX run at Masters 2 their top finish this year is 4th place.
NA, BR, KR, JP, APAC have all finished better than 4th place this year.

Horrible bait but let's just go ahead and see what happens if I answer. What's NA's highest placement without counting OPTC?
NA is mainly 1 team region but Optic finished top 3 several times this year, EU had 1 top3 run only
EMEA had 2 5/6th, a 2 4th and a 1. EMEA is not really a one team region, our peak might be lower but our average is way higher
Don't laugh that hard cause that's all NA has done this year aside from OPTC
